1. About ORIETT DOMENECH

ORIETT DOMENECH is an atelier and luxury fashion brand offering ready-to-wear, made-to-order, and custom garments, accessories, and related fashion pieces.

Certain products may be limited editions, handcrafted items, or custom-made pieces, which may require production time prior to shipment.


2. Website Use

The content of this website is provided for general information and personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use of this website or its contents may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offense.

ORIETT DOMENECH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without prior notice.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display the colors, details, and descriptions of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect the exact appearance of the products.

Due to the handcrafted nature of many of our garments, minor variations may occur, which are considered part of the uniqueness of each piece.

4. Orders

All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance and availability.
ORIETT DOMENECH reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product availability.
  • Errors in pricing or product description.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Payment authorization issues.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the corresponding refund will be issued according to the applicable payment method.

5. Made-to-Order and Custom Pieces

Certain garments may be made-to-order, bespoke, or customized specifically for the client. These pieces may require additional production time prior to shipment.

Due to the personalized nature of these garments, made-to-order, bespoke, or custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

6. Deposits and Payments

Certain garments and services may require a deposit or full payment in advance prior to production. For made-to-order, bespoke, or customized garments, a deposit may be required to initiate the production process.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all deposits are non-refundable, as they cover design development, materials, and labor allocated to the creation of the garment. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid prior to delivery or shipment.

ORIETT DOMENECH reserves the right to suspend production or delivery if payment obligations are not fulfilled.

7. Fittings and Alterations

Certain garments, particularly custom or made-to-measure pieces, may require one or more fittings.

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled fittings or providing accurate measurements when requested. ORIETT DOMENECH shall not be responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the client or third parties.

Minor alterations may be offered at the discretion of ORIETT DOMENECH. Additional alterations beyond the original scope of the design may incur additional fees.

Once the garment has been approved or collected by the client, ORIETT DOMENECH shall not be responsible for further alterations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Production Time

Due to the handcrafted and artisanal nature of couture and made-to-order garments, production timelines may vary.

Estimated timelines provided by ORIETT DOMENECH are approximate and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Sourcing of specialized materials
  • Artisanal production processes
  • Design adjustments
  • Force majeure events

ORIETT DOMENECH will make reasonable efforts to complete garments within the estimated timeframe but shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Unless otherwise stated, items may  only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our return policy. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags and packaging. Made-to-order, bespoke, or customized garments are not eligible for return or exchange.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Garment designs
  • Sketches and illustrations
  • Logos and branding
  • Photographs
  • Text and written content
  • Graphics and visual materials

Is the exclusive property of ORIETT DOMENECH or licensed to it and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
