At ORIETT DOMENECH, each garment and product is carefully crafted or selected with attention to quality and detail. Due to the nature of our atelier and luxury production process, shipping and return policies may vary depending on whether the item is ready-to-wear, made-to-order, or customized.

Please review the following policies before placing your order.

SHIPPING

In-Store Pick Up (Dominican Republic)

Customers located in the Dominican Republic may have the option to select In-Store Pick Up when the product is available locally.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with instructions for collection.

Local Shipping (Dominican Republic)

Orders within the Dominican Republic will be shipped through our selected courier services.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

ORIETT DOMENECH offers international shipping to selected destinations.

International shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and courier service.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

ORIETT DOMENECH is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.

Processing times may vary depending on whether the item is:

  • Ready-to-wear
  • Made-to-order
  • Custom or bespoke

Orders containing made-to-order or customized garments may require additional production time before shipment.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipping confirmation and tracking number, which can be used to track your shipment online.

PRE-ORDER OR CUSTOM ITEMS

ORIETT DOMENECH may offer pre-order, made-to-order, or customized garments.

These items require additional production time as they are created specifically for each client.

Estimated production timelines will be indicated on the product page when applicable.

Please note that payment is processed at the time the order is placed, even if the item requires a longer production timeline.

EXCHANGES

ORIETT DOMENECH does not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to obtain a different size or item, you may place a new order and contact our Client Services team for assistance, if applicable.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our atelier and luxury garments, ORIETT DOMENECH does not generally accept returns or refunds.

Exceptions may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • The item received is defective
  • The item received was damaged during shipment
  • The incorrect item was delivered

Requests for review must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

If approved, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Made-to-order, bespoke, or customized garments are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of receiving the order confirmation email.

After this period, cancellations cannot be processed, especially if the order has already entered production or preparation for shipment.

Orders for made-to-order or customized garments cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

FORCE MAJEURE

ORIETT DOMENECH shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Customs delays
  • Strikes
  • Force majeure events

SHIPPING LIABILITY

Once the order has been shipped and transferred to the courier service, ORIETT DOMENECH shall not be responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Damage occurring during transportation

Customers will receive tracking information to monitor their shipment.
