Sometimes the store cannot find your correct address to be able to calculate shipping costs. Please make sure that you have added in the SHIPPING ADDRESS fields the correct address, city, zip code and Country as the store will calculate the shipping costs automatically At the time you finish typing all your address fields the shipping costs will be calculated.

If your shipping and billing address are the same make sure to deselect  the checkbox that says “ship to a different address”.
